I had an idea that my life would be forever transformed by saying my sacred yes to journey down to Palmaia with One Frequecy, but it was purely BEYOND my imagination. I went to do 'the work' to heal the many layers that my soul was ready to unleash. The Sisters that comprise of One Frequency are purely one of a kind. Wheather they were holding space for me during some deep personal sessions, sitting in ceremony with soul opening medicine, or having a beautiful meal as a family, I felt an unmatched bond that allowed me to unlock and remember the true soul BEing that I am. The best word to describe my journey with One Frequency... it's simply magical! As a musician, I am acutely aware of sound and that each room has its own unique acoustics. As I relaxed, the natural sounds of rattles, voices, music, and percussion filled the room chasing distracting thoughts away. The sound moved and breathed with the room. It was spontaneous, coordinated and improvised. Then came the bowls. The crystal bowls expertly crafted and superbly tuned. At first a low humming as fingers circled the edges. Much louder than expected. Four corners of the compass, four corners of the room. The priestesses of One Frequency struck various bowls along various compass points all independently, all in synchrony. The low notes leaped into the air and slowly dissolved, then as volume lessened harmonic overtones emerged and grew much louder than the original tones. They merged into an undulating ball in the center of the room pulsating and dancing over our heads. Then another round of hard low tones rose to the ceiling and merged into the lush harmonics of the room and its invisible bubble of pulsating sound. Over and over this happened until my mind was a patch of seagrass floating on an ocean of love, because I allowed myself to feel. Quite extraordinary and unexpected. My experience at the One Frequency gathering in Mexico was something I’ll never forget. There was this deep sense of knowing that I was meant to be a part of this group, and boy was my soul right. Alongside One and the other women who attended - I expanded, remembered, and healed in ways I could have never imagined. One Frequency is a force so powerful yet so inviting. These women hold space like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. As a Healer myself, it was so inspiring to witness and be part of. Thank you a million times over for putting together such a sacred space. I’m forever grateful for the remembrance that was awakened and the lifelong friendships that were cultivated. I cannot wait to attend the next one!

To say I was rewarded doesn’t cover it. We were doing breath work on top of sonic work on top of “THE UNEXPLAINABLE” and for much of my nearly inexplicable experience. I had a sonic, psychedelic experience that gave me closed eye visuals only met by 5MEO DMT. I floated off the floor. They somehow would bring the sound to me and It was so exhilarating I could barely contain it. At some point someone put their hands on me and at that moment I was absolved of all the sins of me not remembering that I am awesome. I flew through space and it was essentially a psychedelic rollercoaster, and while for some that might sound frightening, for me, it’s the best kind. Afterwards, I was giddy. While my prior experiences had left me feeling relaxed and refreshed, this time I was energized beyond belief. The good news is you don’t have to belong to a secret cabal of positive professionals trying to save the world to take part in such things. You can just talk to the amazing humans at One Frequency.

My life was in a holding pattern after breaking up with my boyfriend, buying a condo and moving in early 2022. I was looking for something to help propel me into the next chapter of my life when a casual chat with Kim resulted in me saying YES to the retreat with One Frequency at the gorgeous Palm Aia Resort. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was open to receive and from the minute of arrival, I was transported to what felt like another world, it was truly magical! These fabulous women, Mary, Kim, Katrina and Tiffany, with each of their own special talents and gifts, intertwine these into the AMAZING One Frequency!! I felt safe, loved, supported and seen and the bond created can never be broken … so special 💜 Since coming home, my life is unfolding in Technicolor and every morning I’m excited to experience life and it’s way better than I could have ever imagined 💜 Best thing I ever did was say YES!!!
